Australia Post is looking for a Senior Communications Manager - Business Partner to drive strategic communications across executives and enterprise initiatives in Melbourne. You will shape messaging, support transformation programs, and elevate reputation through thoughtful storytelling.

In this high-impact role, you will partner with Executive General Managers, lead large-scale comms plans, and translate complex changes into clear narratives for employees, customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior communications experience in a large, regulated organisation.
• Proven success developing, delivering and evaluating strategic comms plans across channels including digital.
• Strong stakeholder engagement; able to influence Executive General Managers and senior leaders.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated project management across large-scale programs and change initiatives.
• Understanding of reputation management; experience in retail/logistics/tech is a plus.
