Job summary

ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions seeks a Corporate Communications Manager to lead the creation and delivery of integrated communication plans through major transformations and regulatory changes. You will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications and partner with executives to drive clear, timely messaging across employees and customers.

You will design change communications, craft engaging content, and provide leaders with toolkits and briefs to support two-way conversations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate, internal or change communications.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies in complex or regulated organisations.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills for diverse audiences and complex topics.
• Experience supporting transformation programs and organizational change initiatives.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to build trust and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver change communication plans for key audiences.
• Craft messaging for employees to reduce uncertainty and engage through channels.
• Collaborate with customer teams and SMEs to produce communications (FAQs, notices, presentations).
• Provide executives with toolkits, talking points and briefing materials.
• Monitor sentiment and refine tactics using analytics and feedback.
