Australia Post in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Communications Manager - Business Partner to drive strategic internal and external communications for enterprise initiatives, reporting to senior leaders and partnering with Executive General Managers.

You will translate complex programs into clear messages, build stakeholder trust, and guide change communications across our retail, logistics and technology teams.

Qualificações

• Extensive senior communications experience in a large, regulated organisation.
• Proven success developing, delivering and evaluating strategic communication plans across channels.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with executives and senior leaders.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills in diverse contexts.
• Demonstrated project management for large-scale programs and change initiatives.
• Understanding of reputation management; experience in retail, logistics, technology or customer-focused environments is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver strategic communication plans aligned to enterprise priorities and audiences.
• Partner with Executive General Managers and senior leaders, providing trusted communications advice and visibility opportunities.
• Lead communications for large-scale transformation and change programs, driving engagement and change adoption.
• Translate complex business initiatives into clear, engaging messages across internal and external channels.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure coordinated and effective communication outcomes.
