Job summary

FNZ is seeking a high-impact Client Director in Australia to lead strategic relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee platform delivery across a portfolio of clients. You will partner with internal teams to ensure governance, risk, and regulatory obligations are met while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

The role focuses on senior stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, and long-term partnership success within a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client leadership and account management within financial services.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with growth/revenue delivery in client portfolios.
• Experience leading complex client engagements including large technology or change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of customers.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of platform services to meet service standards.
• Lead operational, strategic and executive reviews with customers.
• Manage technology and business change programmes against milestones and budgets.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver customer commitments.
• Develop account plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive revenue opportunities including cross-sell and upsell.
• Monitor customer risks, issues and regulatory obligations.
• Manage audits, reviews and reporting, closing findings and risk events.
