Impact Advising seeks a Claims and Legal Services Manager, Strategy & Operations, to lead transformation across a member-owned organisation. You’ll shape operating models, governance and performance reporting while partnering with senior leaders to optimise resources and delivery of legal services.

The role combines strategic planning, operational excellence and commercial leadership in a hybrid Australia-wide setting, with accountability for continuous improvement and service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business operations and operational excellence in regulated environments.
• Strong ability to lead transformation and improve processes across complex functions.
• Experience with governance, KPIs and performance reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational excellence, continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives across the Claims and Legal Services function
• Review and redesign business processes, workflows and operating models to improve efficiency, consistency and service delivery
• Develop operational strategies, governance frameworks, performance measures and reporting to support effective decision-making
• Partner with leaders to strengthen workforce planning, resource utilisation, team capability and operational performance
• Drive system optimisation, workflow automation and technology improvements, supporting effective implementation and change management
• Oversee external panel law firms and legal service providers, strengthening governance, service standards, commercial performance and cost effectiveness
• Provide financial and operational analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation and business cases to support strategic planning
• Build strong relationships across the organisation to deliver strategic improvement initiatives and support sustainable growth
• Identify emerging operational, regulatory and technology trends to ensure the function remains positioned to meet future business needs
