Job summary

Zurich Australia is seeking a senior leader as Manager, Operational Capability and Enablement in GI Consumer Claims. You will translate strategy, technology and regulatory change into practical, sustainable ways of working that support our people and deliver fair, consistent outcomes for customers.

You will partner across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product and Technology to strengthen the operating model, drive continuous improvement and ensure readiness for growth and change.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in general insurance claims operations.
• Ability to design, document and embed operational processes and controls.
• Experience integrating external suppliers into service delivery.
• Strong delivery capability across process, people and technology change.
• Proven ability to influence frontline operations and enterprise functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve end-to-end Home and Motor Claims operating model.
• Lead governance, operational controls and knowledge management for frontline teams.
• Establish management rhythms and insights on performance, risks and priorities.
• Lead operational integration of new products, partners and technology changes.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product, Technology and Procurement to translate requirements into frontline execution.
• Drive continuous improvement across the claims value chain.
