Allianz Australia in Darwin is seeking a Legal and Technical Lead to oversee the management of common law claims and provide strategic advice on complex, high profile claims within a regulated context. You will guide a team and coordinate with panel solicitors to secure timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, influencing senior stakeholders, and leveraging emerging digital tools to stay ahead in a dynamic landscape.

Competenze

Qualifications in a relevant discipline with industry accreditations where required.
Experience managing complex legal claims in regulated sectors.
Strong customer service with solid technical knowledge and CTP exposure.

Mansioni

Oversee management of common law claims and provide strategic advice on complex, high profile matters.
Provide instructions to panel solicitors and escalate decisions as needed.
Coach NT MAC staff on claims with legal involvement including complex litigated claims.
Manage NT legal and common law portfolios to ensure timely resolution and sound strategies.
Oversee panel solicitor performance and review outcomes to prevent escalation.
