Job summary

Profectus is seeking experienced Change Managers to support the delivery of organisational change within an Australian Government agency. You will plan change, prepare people for new processes and technology, and report on adoption and benefits.

Hybrid working arrangements in Canberra, ACT; must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance. Experience with PRINCE2 or Agile delivery and ICT change programs is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience developing change management and communication plans for projects and other initiatives.
• Ability to define and communicate change management approaches for significant organisational change.
• Experience in organisational change management within PRINCE2 or Agile delivery environments.
• Proven change management delivery in ICT environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Mentoring and developing change capability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver change initiatives with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement change management strategies covering communications, training, engagement and impact analysis.
• Design communications approaches to support adoption.
• Deliver training to affected stakeholders.
• Monitor readiness, adoption and benefits realization; report findings.
• Prepare risk treatment plans and address business risks.
