Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex ICT projects or programs in large or secure environments.
• Proven governance, controls and reporting experience across projects.
• Strong communication, documentation and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT projects and programs in secure environments.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies across delivery lifecycle.
• Establish governance, controls and reporting aligned to recognised frameworks.
• Produce assurance and status reports for steering committees and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate Agile and traditional delivery methods and scaled delivery as required.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, vendors and partners to achieve outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across technical, business and executive audiences.
• Support procurement, contract and vendor management activities.
• Maintain project documentation, plans and artefacts to a high standard.
