Job summary

Profectus is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a regulatory reform program for an Australian Government agency. The role focuses on user acceptance testing, go-live activities, and stakeholder communications, with work across agile delivery teams.

You will prepare communications and supporting material, run surveys and feedback activities, track change progress and work with delivery teams to embed change activities into agile workflows.

Qualifications

• Up to three years experience in change management or a closely related discipline.
• Hands on experience working within a complex program of work.
• Experience in agile environments, including support for User Acceptance Testing, technology Go Live and customer service projects.
• Strong verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to produce clear and concise documentation and reporting.
• Skilled in data analysis and presentation of findings.
• Self motivated, with a willingness to learn and a practical approach to delivery.
• Experience working within a complex program in an Australian Government agency.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
• Prosci or ADKAR change management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear and concise documentation, reporting and presentation material for a range of audiences
• Analyse change and adoption data and present findings to program leadership
• Ensure change activities align with organisational standards, policies and work health and safety requirements
