Job summary

Profectus seeks an experienced Change Analyst to support a regulatory reform program within an Australian Government agency. The role centers on user acceptance testing, go-live activities, and embedding change into agile delivery workflows.

You will prepare communications, run surveys, analyse adoption data and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure readiness, reporting progress to program leadership.

Qualifications

• Up to three years experience in change management or a closely related discipline.
• Hands on experience working within a complex program of work.
• Experience in agile environments, including support for User Acceptance Testing, technology Go Live and customer service projects.
• Strong verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to produce clear and concise documentation and reporting.
• Skilled in data analysis and presentation of findings.
• Self motivated, with a willingness to learn and a practical approach to delivery.
• Experience working within a complex program in an Australian Government agency.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
• Prosci or ADKAR change management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of communications, surveys and supporting change material

• Monitor and report on tactical change progress, identifying risks and escalating issues
• Work with project teams, business analysts and subject matter experts to build change activities into agile delivery workflows
• Support resistance management by responding to stakeholder concerns and offering practical solutions
• Prepare clear and concise documentation, reporting and presentation material for a range of audiences
• Analyse change and adoption data and present findings to program leadership
• Ensure change activities align with organisational standards, policies and work health and safety requirements

The work centres on supporting User Acceptance Testing and Go Live activities with business stakeholders, including preparing communications and supporting material, running surveys and feedback activities, tracking change progress and working with delivery teams to build change activity into agile workflows.
