Job summary

SRA Information Technology in Canberra, ACT seeks a Senior Change Manager (ICT Transformation) to lead organisational and technology change programmes. You will develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments and adoption activities to drive business outcomes.

This 12-month contract with extension options offers hybrid working arrangements within a large ICT environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisational change management within large ICT transformation programs.
• Experience developing change, communications, training and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments.
• Ability to lead multiple change initiatives and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
• Experience working within Agile, PRINCE2 or similar project delivery environments.
• Relevant Change Management qualifications, certifications or equivalent experience.

Senior Change Manager (ICT Transformation)

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organisational and technology change initiatives within a large and complex ICT environment.

You will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training, change readiness assessments, and adoption activities to support successful business outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Australian Citizenship is essential.
• Current NV1 Security Clearance highly regarded.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) Security Clearance.
