Job summary

Paxus in Australia is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support and lead transformational change initiatives within a large organisation. The role is based in Adelaide with a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days in the office).

You will lead the change strategy, develop workshops and stakeholder meetings, and monitor progress while collaborating with SMEs to ensure successful change delivery across processes and communications. This is a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Organisational Change Management.
• Strong knowledge of change management tools, methodologies and techniques.
• Experience supporting change and communications within a large or complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience in the mining or utilities sector is preferred.
• Relevant change management certifications will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisational change strategy, agenda and implementation plan.
• Develop and facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Support the development and testing of processes, procedures and work instructions.
• Develop and manage change strategies, plans and schedules covering stakeholder engagement, training, education and communications.
• Monitor and report on change management activities and progress.
• Identify, manage and report on issues and risks impacting successful change delivery.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to support change outcomes.
