Marsh Investments team in Sydney is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, based in Sydney, requiring at least three days a week in the office.

You will translate strategy into clear change activity, shaping communications and adoption across a large matrixed environment, working with leaders and project teams. You will lead BAU and transformation change, partner with sponsors and stakeholders, identify dependencies, and deliver compelling change

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in change management, with a strong communications background.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed environment and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
• Well-developed communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, operating model change, or governance change.
• Background in financial services or other global matrix change programs.
• Project management capability that complements your change management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change management activity across a portfolio of connected initiatives, including BAU change, transformation, governance, and operating model uplift.
• Work with sponsors, project managers, and business leaders to develop clear change plans aligned to delivery milestones.
• Identify impacts, stakeholders, and dependencies, and support engagement across a matrixed environment.
• Design and deliver communication, readiness, and adoption activities that help people understand what is changing and why.
• Track progress, surface risks or resistance, and provide clear reporting to relevant governance forums.
