Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a Change Manager to lead the people side of change across major technical and business initiatives. You will partner with leaders, project teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and embed new capabilities and ways of working that support Australia's future submarine capability.

The role focuses on building readiness, coaching leaders, and delivering targeted change plans and communications to enable sustained adoption in evolving environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience developing and delivering change strategies and plans.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience supporting business transformation, operating model or tech change programs.
• PROSCI certification is highly regarded.

ASC is Australia’s submarine company. We built the Royal Australian Navy’s Collins Class submarines, sustain them, and are now delivering their Life of Type Extension to increase the boats’ service lives. About the opportunity

We're looking for a Change Manager to lead the people side of change across major technical and business initiatives.

Working in partnership with other major industry participants, ASC is building new capabilities, technologies, processes and ways of working to support Australia's future nuclear-powered submarine capability.

This newly created role will work closely with leaders, project teams and stakeholders to build organisational readiness, drive adoption, and help people successfully navigate and embed change as new capabilities and ways of working are introduced.

What you'll do

• Develop, plan and deliver change strategies, plans and adoption activities

• Drive stakeholder engagement and workforce adoption

• Contribute to the ongoing development of ASC's change management capability and framework

About you

You are self-driven and enjoy partneringwith leaders and specialists to develop targeted solutions that are focused on sustained adoption. You're comfortable working in evolving environments and can translate complex challenges into practical, people-focused solutions.

You'll bring:

• Experience leading organisational change initiatives in complex environments

• Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills
• Experience supporting business transformation, operating model or technology change programs
• Qualifications in Change Management (such as PROSCI) are highly regarded

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
