Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a highly organised Senior Strategy Engagement Specialist to support delivery of the strategy engagement program on a two-year fixed term contract. You will transform strategic objectives into engaging communications, events and initiatives that help employees understand direction and contribution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in internal communications, employee engagement, strategy engagement, events, or related field.
• Outstanding written communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing content across digital, written and presentation formats.
• Strong stakeholder management and confidence working with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of enterprise events, including conferences and leadership forums.
• Develop communications, leader toolkits, articles and digital content across channels.
• Translate complex strategic concepts into audience-focused messages and materials.
• Maintain the enterprise strategy communications calendar aligned to the roadmap.
