Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a highly organised Senior Strategy Engagement Specialist to support its strategy engagement program on a two-year fixed term contract. You will transform strategic objectives into engaging communications, events and engagement initiatives to help employees understand goals and contribute to success.

Working across all levels, you will craft messages, develop leader toolkits and coordinate major enterprise events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in internal communications, employee engagement, strategy engagement, events, public relations or a related field.
• Outstanding written communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing high-quality content across digital, written and presentation formats.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating enterprise events, conferences, town halls or employee engagement activities.
• Strong planning, organisation and project coordination capability.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate the enterprise strategy communications calendar aligned to the strategic roadmap.
• Develop engaging communications, presentations, leader toolkits, articles and digital content across multiple channels.
• Translate complex strategic concepts into clear, audience-focused messages and materials.
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of major enterprise events, including conferences, leadership forums and planning sessions.
• Develop event agendas, briefing packs, facilitator guides and presenter materials.
• Partner with leaders, initiative owners, communications teams and external vendors to deliver engaging employee experiences.
• Monitor engagement metrics, maintain reporting dashboards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• You'll be an experienced communications or engagement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into action.
