This fixed-term, full-time opportunity is based in Burwood with hybrid working arrangements—three days per week on site.

• Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change management strategy for a large transformation program.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and business readiness activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and barriers to adoption and realized benefits.
• Balance diverse stakeholder needs to achieve sustainable change outcomes.
