Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking a Business Change Analyst and Transformation professional to support large-scale digital transformation programs. You will help stakeholders understand, prepare for, and adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working in a fast-paced government environment.

The role focuses on analysis, coordination, and support across change management activities, delivering measurable adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in government, healthcare, or large-scale transformation environments.
Baseline security clearance required.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyse data, stakeholder feedback, and business information to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

Conduct change impact assessments across initiatives and stakeholders.
Identify stakeholder groups, needs, and barriers to adoption.
Support planning and delivery of change management activities across projects.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications.
Gather feedback and data to support decision-making and implementation planning.
Monitor readiness and adoption outcomes; track risks, issues and change activities.
Prepare reports, briefings, and stakeholder communications.
Work with project teams to support successful implementation and transition activities.
