Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking a Change Analyst to support large-scale digital transformation programs. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to help stakeholders understand, prepare for, and adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.

The role focuses on analysis, coordination, and support across change management activities, with opportunities to engage with government, healthcare, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in government, healthcare, or large-scale transformation environments.
• Certifications in Change Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile, PRINCE2, Prosci, PMP, Scrum or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting technology or system implementation projects.
• Understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder readiness, and adoption principles.
• Experience driving change management, project delivery, business improvement, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience analysing data, stakeholder feedback, and business information for decision-making.
• Ability to identify risks, issues, and implementation challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports, briefings, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Baseline Security Clearance Required

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments across initiatives and stakeholders.
• Analyse stakeholder groups, needs, and adoption barriers.
• Support planning and delivery of change management activities across projects.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Gather and analyse feedback, data, and insights for decision-making.
• Monitor readiness and adoption outcomes across programs.
• Track risks, issues, and change activities and report progress.
• Identify implementation risks and barriers and propose mitigations.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with project teams to support successful implementation and transition.
