Job summary

Chandler Macleod is supporting a national government agency in Brisbane, Canberra, and Sydney with change management across major digital transformation programs. The Change Analyst role focuses on stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption of new systems and processes within a fast-paced delivery environment.

The position involves analyzing stakeholder needs, coordinating change activities, and producing reports and communications for leadership and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in government, healthcare, or large-scale transformations.
• Qualifications or certifications in Change Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile, PRINCE2, Prosci, PMP, Scrum, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting technology or system implementation projects.
• Understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder readiness, and adoption principles.
• Experience supporting change management, project delivery, business improvement, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience analysing data, stakeholder feedback, and business information to support decision-making.
• Ability to identify risks, issues, and implementation challenges and contribute to practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, briefing papers, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Baseline Security Clearance Required

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments to understand stakeholders, processes, and service delivery.
• Identify and analyse stakeholder groups, their needs, and barriers to adoption.
• Support planning and delivery of change management activities across projects.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
• Gather and analyse feedback, data, and insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor stakeholder readiness and adoption outcomes.
• Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, and change activities.
• Identify and elevate implementation risks and barriers to adoption.
• Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Work with project teams to support successful implementation and transition activities.
