Job summary

Australian Digital Health Agency in Sydney is seeking a Change Analyst to support planning, coordination and evaluation of change management across national digital health programs. You will work with program teams, business areas and external stakeholders to assess impacts, support engagement and help ensure adoption of new systems and ways of working.

The role emphasizes evidence-based insights, change planning and communications, and helping stakeholders stay informed, prepared and supported

Qualifications

Experience supporting planning, delivery and evaluation of change management activities.
Ability to undertake change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage priorities.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support planning, coordination and evaluation of change management activities across programs.
Assist with change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
Analyze data, stakeholder feedback and performance information to support decisions.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships.
Coordinate activities, track progress and deliver outcomes within timeframes.
Prepare reports, briefings, and communications materials for stakeholders.
