MyIntegra in West Perth is seeking a commercially minded and strategically focused Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO in leading our next phase of growth, operational excellence, digital transformation and regulatory readiness. This hands-on executive role is based in West Perth, with flexible working arrangements available.

You will be equally comfortable contributing to Board-level strategy and driving operational execution, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and performance

Qualifications

5+ years in senior financial leadership roles such as CFO, Finance Director or Financial Controller.
Experience supporting growth across multiple business units, service lines or locations.
Strong IFRS accounting capability with strategic commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted adviser to CEO and Leadership Team, providing commercial insight and decision support.
Lead financial and commercial strategy for tenders, contracts and partnerships.
Oversee AP/AR, Plan Management revenue and related fees.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and Board-level financial reporting.
Drive governance, risk controls, automation and process improvement.
