Job summary

MyIntegra, part of the APM Group, is seeking a CFO to partner with the CEO in leading our growth, operational excellence, digital transformation and regulatory readiness. Based in West Perth with flexible working arrangements, you will be hands-on in strategy and execution.

You will drive financial governance, lead budgeting and forecasting, and oversee settlements and revenue through Plan Management services. This is a senior, strategic, commercially focused role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior financial management roles such as Financial Controller, CFO, or Finance Director.
• Experience supporting growth across multiple business units, service lines, contracts or locations.
• Strong technical accounting capability, including IFRS.
• Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and present effectively to Boards and executives.
• Ability to collaborate and influence others to deliver outcomes.
• Tertiary qualification and CA/CPA membership essential; sector experience in disability/healthcare/regulated areas valued.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted strategic adviser to CEO and Leadership Team for growth and performance.
• Build relationships across the APM ANZ Group aligning financial and strategic priorities.
• Lead financial and commercial strategy for major tenders, renewals and partnerships.
• Oversee operational AP/AR for Plan Management and revenue from fees.
• Lead governance, risk controls, analytics and process improvements including AI.
• Lead business case development and investment evaluation for initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and Board-level financial insights.
