Job summary

MyIntegra, part of the APM Group, is seeking a CFO to partner with the CEO in leading our growth, operational excellence, digital transformation and regulatory readiness. Based in West Perth with flexible working arrangements, you will be hands-on in strategy and execution.

You will drive financial governance, lead budgeting and forecasting, and oversee settlements and revenue through Plan Management services. This is a senior, strategic, commercially focused role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior financial management roles such as Financial Controller, CFO, or Finance Director.
• Experience supporting growth across multiple business units, service lines, contracts or locations.
• Strong technical accounting capability, including IFRS.
• Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and present effectively to Boards and executives.
• Ability to collaborate and influence others to deliver outcomes.
• Tertiary qualification and CA/CPA membership essential; sector experience in disability/healthcare/regulated areas valued.

• Lead business case development and investment evaluation for initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and Board-level financial insights.

Job description

MyIntegra is seeking a commercially minded and strategically focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to partner with the CEO in leading our next phase of growth, operational excellence, digital transformation and regulatory readiness.

This hands-on executive role is based in West Perth, with flexible working arrangements available. You will be equally comfortable contributing to Board-level strategy and driving operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic adviser to the CEO and Leadership Team, providing commercial insight and decision support to drive sustainable growth and performance
• Build collaborative relationships across the broader APM ANZ Group, aligning financial, operational and strategic priorities
• Lead the financial and commercial strategy for major tenders, panel applications, contract renewals, partnerships and growth initiatives
• Oversee operational AP and AR (core business functions) for Plan Management as well as revenue through Plan Management and Support Coordination Fees.
• Lead financial governance, risk, fraud controls, systems, automation and process improvement, leveraging data, analytics and emerging technologies including AI
• Leads financial analysis, business case development an investment evaluation for strategic initiatives, acquisitions, new service offerings, technology investments and improvement projects
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and Board-level financial insights, ensuring robust accountability across the organisation

About You

• 5 years + of experience in senior financial management roles such as Financial Controller, CFO or Finance Director
• Demonstrated success supporting growth across multiple business units, service lines, contracts or locations
• Strong technical accounting capability, including IFRS, combined with highly developed commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and present effectively to Boards, executives and operational leaders
• Ability to collaborate and influence others to deliver outcomes aligned with the business's strategies
• A relevant tertiary qualification and CA or CPA membership are essential. Experience in disability, healthcare, financial services or another regulated sector will be highly regarded
