Job summary

MyIntegra is seeking a commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO in leading growth, operational excellence and regulatory readiness. This hands-on executive role is based in West Perth with flexible working arrangements.

You will drive financial strategy, governance, and performance across Plan Management and related services, collaborating with the broader APM Group to deliver sustainable value for NDIS participants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior financial management roles such as CFO/Finance Director.
• IFRS accounting knowledge and strong commercial acumen.
• CA or CPA qualification is essential.
• Experience supporting growth across multiple units or locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to CEO and Leadership Team to drive growth and performance.
• Lead financial and commercial strategy for tenders, contracts and partnerships.
• Oversee AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting and board-level reporting.
• Drive governance, risk management, automation and data analytics including AI.
• Model business cases and investments for strategic initiatives and acquisitions.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and financial controls across the organisation.
• Collaborate across the group to align financial and strategic priorities.

Job description

MyIntegra is seeking a commercially minded and strategically focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to partner with the CEO in leading our next phase of growth, operational excellence, digital transformation and regulatory readiness.

This hands-on executive role is based in West Perth, with flexible working arrangements available. You will be equally comfortable contributing to Board-level strategy and driving operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic adviser to the CEO and Leadership Team, providing commercial insight and decision support to drive sustainable growth and performance
• Build collaborative relationships across the broader APM ANZ Group, aligning financial, operational and strategic priorities
• Lead the financial and commercial strategy for major tenders, panel applications, contract renewals, partnerships and growth initiatives
• Oversee operational AP and AR (core business functions) for Plan Management as well as revenue through Plan Management and Support Coordination Fees.
• Lead financial governance, risk, fraud controls, systems, automation and process improvement, leveraging data, analytics and emerging technologies including AI
• Leads financial analysis, business case development an investment evaluation for strategic initiatives, acquisitions, new service offerings, technology investments and improvement projects
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and Board-level financial insights, ensuring robust accountability across the organisation

About You

• 5 years + of experience in senior financial management roles such as Financial Controller, CFO or Finance Director
• Demonstrated success supporting growth across multiple business units, service lines, contracts or locations
• Strong technical accounting capability, including IFRS, combined with highly developed commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and present effectively to Boards, executives and operational leaders
• Ability to collaborate and influence others to deliver outcomes aligned with the business’s strategies
• A relevant tertiary qualification and CA or CPA membership are essential. Experience in disability, healthcare, financial services or another regulated sector will be highly regarded
