Job summary

MyIntegra is seeking a commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO in leading growth, operational excellence and regulatory readiness. This hands-on executive role is based in West Perth with flexible working arrangements.

You will drive financial strategy, governance, and performance across Plan Management and related services, collaborating with the broader APM Group to deliver sustainable value for NDIS participants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years in senior financial management roles such as CFO/Finance Director.
IFRS accounting knowledge and strong commercial acumen.
CA or CPA qualification is essential.
Experience supporting growth across multiple units or locations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advice to CEO and Leadership Team to drive growth and performance.
Lead financial and commercial strategy for tenders, contracts and partnerships.
Oversee AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting and board-level reporting.
Drive governance, risk management, automation and data analytics including AI.
Model business cases and investments for strategic initiatives and acquisitions.
Ensure regulatory readiness and financial controls across the organisation.
Collaborate across the group to align financial and strategic priorities.
