• 5+ years of experience in senior financial management roles such as Financial Controller, CFO or Finance Director.
• Demonstrated success supporting growth across multiple business units, service lines, contracts or locations.
• Strong technical accounting capability, including IFRS, with commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and present effectively to Boards and executives.
• Ability to collaborate and influence others to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic adviser to the CEO and Leadership Team, providing commercial insight and decision support to drive sustainable growth and performance
• Build collaborative relationships across the broader APM ANZ Group, aligning financial, operational and strategic priorities
• Lead the financial and commercial strategy for major tenders, panel applications, contract renewals, partnerships and growth initiatives
• Oversee operational AP and AR for Plan Management and revenue through Plan Management and Support Coordination Fees
• Lead financial governance, risk, fraud controls, systems, automation and process improvement, leveraging data, analytics and AI
• Leads financial analysis, business case development and investment evaluation for strategic initiatives, acquisitions, new service offerings, technology investments and improvement projects
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and Board-level financial insights, ensuring robust accountability across the organisation

Job Description

MyIntegra is seeking a commercially minded and strategically focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to partner with the CEO in leading our next phase of growth, operational excellence, digital transformation and regulatory readiness.

This hands-on executive role is based in West Perth, with flexible working arrangements available. You will be equally comfortable contributing to Board-level strategy and driving operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic adviser to the CEO and Leadership Team, providing commercial insight and decision support to drive sustainable growth and performance

About You

• A relevant tertiary qualification and CA or CPA membership are essential. Experience in disability, healthcare, financial services or another regulated sector will be highly regarded
