Qualifications

• Extensive ITIL-aligned experience within enterprise service management.
• Ability to translate demand insights into capacity plans.
• Strong understanding of governance requirements.
• Australian citizenship with NV1/NV2 clearance or eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain availability and capacity plans aligned with business demand, service requirements and agreed service levels.
• Analyse utilisation, performance and demand trends to forecast capacity needs, identify constraints and coordinate actions with technical teams and service owners.
• Monitor and report on service availability, investigate trends and risks, and drive improvements that reduce downtime and address service bottlenecks.
• Maintain availability and capacity policies, procedures, process maps, reporting and controls aligned with ITIL, customer requirements and governance obligations.
