Kinetic IT is seeking an experienced Service Continuity Manager for an Enterprise Service Management role supporting a Federal Government customer in Australia. You will develop and maintain continuity plans, coordinate recovery testing and drive improvements to ensure readiness for service disruptions.

Based on customer site in NSW/Sydney, the role requires active Australian Government security clearance (AGSVA NV1 or NV2) and a practical, ITIL-aligned approach to governance, testing, reporting

Formación

• Australian citizenship with active NV1 or NV2 security clearance.
• Experience in ITIL-aligned service continuity within a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience developing continuity and disaster recovery plans and coordinating testing.
• Ability to translate test outcomes into practical improvements and clear reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain service continuity plans and recovery procedures aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate recovery testing, engaging technical teams, service owners and stakeholders.
• Review test outcomes, identify recovery gaps and track improvement actions to completion.
• Maintain continuity policies, procedures, process maps, reporting and controls aligned with ITIL and ESM governance obligations.
