Job summary

Kinetic IT is seeking an experienced Change Enablement Manager to balance governance, risk and delivery within a Federal Government ICT environment. The role is 100% onsite in Australia and requires Australian Citizenship and an active AGSVA clearance.

Qualifications

• Australian Citizenship and an active NV1 or NV2 Australian Government security clearance (AGSVA).
• Demonstrated Change Enablement/Change Management experience in a complex ICT/government environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, change governance and risk-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the end-to-end Change Enablement process across the service management environment.
• Coordinate change assessment, authorisation and scheduling with clear risks, impacts and dependencies.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings for timely decisions.
• Maintain change policies, procedures, process maps and guidance aligned with ITIL and customer requirements.
• Track change performance, success rates and compliance trends to identify improvements.
