Job summary

Assurant in Australia is seeking a Capability Partner to work with leaders across Australia and New Zealand to build skills, behaviours and capabilities enabling teams to succeed. This role offers growth into partnering, consulting and strategic thinking, with exposure to capability strategy, learning design and emerging technologies such as AI.

Hybrid working and strong development support are provided. You’ll collaborate with People Organisation teams to design programs, facilitate workshops

Qualifications

• Experience in capability, learning or people development.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical development solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand capability, performance and development needs.
• Support the development and delivery of capability initiatives aligned to ANZ priorities.
• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences for leadership and people managers.
• Help leaders identify root causes of performance challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Build capability in leadership, coaching, collaboration and AI adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, development programs and capability conversations with stakeholders.
• Support rollout and localisation of global talent and capability initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
