Job summary

MineARC Systems is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of the GuardIAN Intelligence Network across national markets. You will own the business development lifecycle, from prospecting and requirements discovery through solution development and account growth, translating complex challenges into clear technical and commercial outcomes.

You will engage major mining clients, collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Service teams, and coordinate proposals,

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and a record of developing opportunities
• Technical confidence translating operational requirements into practical solutions
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience preparing scopes, proposals and project plans in a cross-functional environment
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and support international opportunities

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities within underground mining and tunnelling for the GuardIAN Intelligence Network
• Engage customers to understand requirements and articulate a compelling value proposition
• Prepare tailored proposals, scopes of supply, submissions and project plans with Sales and Engineering
• Manage strategic accounts with a high-quality pipeline from first engagement to growth
• Lead customer presentations, demos and technical discussions with regional Sales BDMs
• Coordinate timelines and milestones ensuring requirements, budgets and delivery milestones
• Support installation, commissioning and implementation with MineARC Service teams
• Act as internal product champion for GuardIAN Intelligence Network
• Liaise with manufacturers and MineARC offices to resolve queries
• Provide technical guidance and training on product features, installation and fault finding
• Identify opportunities to expand software-enabled and recurring-revenue solutions
