Job summary

Hexagon Mining is seeking a Consultant – Safety to grow our ANZ safety portfolio, bridging technology deployment with operational adoption across mining sites. You will provide consultation, analytics, and practical guidance to strengthen safety practices, helping clients implement Hexagon’s safety solutions and realise measurable improvements in risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Psychology, Human Factors, Safety or related field is desired, not essential.
• Experience in mining production and ideally in safety for mining operations.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading change management or organisation development.
• Understanding of human factors and safety principles in high-risk environments would be desirable.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of stakeholders and adapt content to audience.
• Experience leading new technology adoption or deployment in mining production with change management.
