Job summary

Hexagon Mining is seeking a Safety consultant to support and expand our ANZ safety portfolio. You will bridge technology deployment to operational adoption, providing analysis and guidance to improve safety practices for mining clients across the APAC region.

You will work with diverse stakeholders to embed safety technology and drive successful adoption, leveraging your mining production background and experience with safety systems.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Prior experience in leading or being involved in change management, or organisation development
• Ability to communicate across all levels of stakeholders, adapting content and direction to the relative audience

Responsibilities

• Consult on safety portfolio development and integration of safety technology into mining operations
• Bridge technology deployment with operational adoption and optimisation for client sites
• Provide consultation, analysis, and operational guidance to improve and strengthen safety practices
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure safety solutions are embedded effectively across ANZ region
