Job summary
Concrete Partnerships in Sydney seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth across fit out and refurbishment projects. Qualifications
- 4+ years in a business development role within construction or fit out
- Proven track record of securing work and generating new opportunities
- Strong network across clients, consultants and industry professionals
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
- Confident communicator with influencing and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear business development strategy
- Identify and secure new project opportunities across target sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Lead EOIs, tenders and capability presentations
- Collaborate with pre-construction and delivery teams for seamless handover
- Track market activity and position the business ahead of competitors
- Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
- Grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
