Colin Biggers & Paisley in Sydney seeks a Business Development Adviser to join the National Brand, Clients & Markets team. You will work with the BCM team to deliver BD and marketing activities and support partners, lawyers and clients across campaigns and events.

Growing practice groups, measuring ROI and organizing planning sessions are key. You’ll prepare agendas, content and research, manage budgets with leaders, and contribute to strategy, reporting and client insights for business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in BD & marketing roles.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, commerce or business.
• Commercial nous with focus on measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, teams and individuals.
• Proven experience in BD, marketing and CRM strategies and activities.
• Excellent client service and client-centric work ethic.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CoPilot).
• Interest in data gathering and use, AI in professional services marketing.
• Experience working regularly with a CRM platform.
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop practice and industry group workplans and progress BD activities.
• Plan and deliver campaigns and market initiatives with ROI focus.
• Support client and stakeholder relationships and reporting.
• Lead ad hoc BCM activities and projects and participate in cross-practice groups.
• Contribute to culture and leadership within the BCM team.
