Job summary

Holding Redlich is seeking a Business Development Manager to work with the Head of BD and practice groups to advance client growth and BD objectives. You will drive the Key Client Program, support key client plans, and contribute to strategic campaigns, tenders and client pursuits across the firm.

• Experience leading the development and ongoing implementation of marketing and BD plans within a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong ability to interpret data to inform decisions and strategy.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport and trusted relationships across the business and with external partners.
• Collaborative and autonomous working style in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners to identify and pursue new target clients, referrers and revenue areas.
• Develop and implement client growth strategies and key client plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns, events, content and collateral.
• Support bids, tenders and client pursuits across the firm.
• Provide strategic and hands-on BD support to allocated practice groups.
