Job summary

Colin Biggers & Paisley seeks a BD & Marketing professional to shape campaigns, client insights and market positioning across the practice. You will collaborate with BD Managers, BD Advisers and cross‑practice teams to plan, execute and measure marketing initiatives that win work and strengthen client relationships.

The role emphasizes campaigns, capability statements, tender support, events and CRM enhancements, with opportunities to influence strategy and contribute to a culture of excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of BD & Marketing experience and tertiary marketing/commerce/business qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proactive with excellent client service and client-centric approach.
• Commercial nous and interest in professional services marketing.
• Organised workload management with goal setting and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with BD, Brand & Communications and CX & Events teams on campaigns to profile CBP's expertise and drive demand activity.
• Plan for capability statements and support larger tenders and bids; maintain CVs and the experience database.
• Coordinate responses to directory submissions and draft responses when needed.
• Support large flagship events and campaigns including sponsorships; manage smaller events across the portfolio.
• Prepare market research and reporting; act as a CRM super-user during transitions.
