Job summary

Fleetwood Australia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join the Sales team in Para Hills. You will drive new business growth across key markets such as mining, defence and education, while managing relationships with existing customers and guiding opportunities through bids and negotiations.

You will work hands-on across the full project cycle, from identifying opportunities to delivery and post-sale follow-up, supported by CRM systems and a strong commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar business development role.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, supporting key account management.
• Qualify opportunities and lead bids, tenders, proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities and grow market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer and project requirements.
• Support the full project lifecycle, from initial sales opportunity through delivery, customer follow-up, and feedback.
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline activities, while attending customer and site meetings as required.
