Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role.
• Experience managing bids, proposals, and presentations.
• Experience in construction, civil or project environments preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target markets (mining, defence, education).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and support key account management.
• Qualify opportunities and lead bids, tender responses, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Research market trends and customer needs to grow market share and tailor solutions.
