• Stakeholder engagement to gather and confirm business requirements for data, model, process, and system changes.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Coordinate delivery, support testing, implementation, and change management activities.
• Document detailed business requirements and translate them into testable technical outcomes.
• Analyze existing services, map data transformations, and document interfaces.
• Document system dependencies and maintain traceability from requirements through design, build, and testing.
• Develop and govern test plans; participate in UAT and SIT; promote test automation where possible.
• Prepare teams for process and system changes and ensure user adoption.
• Ensure operational readiness and post-implementation support.
