• Maintain traceability from requirements through design, build and testing.
• Develop and govern test plans and participate in UAT/SIT cycles.
• Prepare teams for process and system changes and user adoption.
• Ensure readiness with internal teams and vendors for new features.
• Identify and manage risks related to data quality, dependencies or testing.
• Collaborate using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Promote knowledge sharing and single sources of truth for project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and confirm business requirements for data, model, process, and system changes.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories, ensuring technology outcomes are fit for purpose, testable, and aligned to the program’s target architecture.
• Support testing, implementation, and change management activities to ensure new solutions are deployed effectively and meet regulatory and business needs.
• Collaborate across teams to document detailed business requirements and translate them into testable technical outcomes.
• Convert requirements into stories, acceptance criteria, and system designs; define data mappings and transformation rules.
• Document system dependencies and maintain traceability from requirements to testing.
• Develop and govern test plans and participate in UAT/SIT to validate requirements.
• Prepare teams for process and system changes and drive user adoption.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure readiness for business use and post-implementation support.
• Analyze logs and data to identify root causes and document learnings for improvement.
• Coordinate with SMEs, developers, testers, and vendors to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Identify and manage risks to data quality and testing.
