NW People in Canberra is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to partner with management and business users, translating needs into clear requirements for IT teams.

You will work with developers and stakeholders to support delivery of initiatives, map processes, and document requirements, including service design artefacts and reports.

You will participate across multiple projects and business areas, helping teams navigate change and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in analysis and modelling of current and future business processes and information management environments.
• Analyse data related requirements, user pathways and information flows.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement activities, analyse customer requirements, and collaborate with technical specialists to develop solutions to business problems.
• Develop clear and concise documents including business requirements specifications, business cases, functional & non-functional specifications, process maps, user stories, service design artefacts, and reports.
