Job summary

Nixora Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst in Victoria to define and deliver change across multiple workstreams. You will elicit requirements from diverse stakeholders and translate them into functional specs and testable outcomes.

You will coordinate testing, change activities, and ensure alignment with target architecture while supporting deployment and operational readiness across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT or a related field.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Strong understanding of test planning and UAT processes.
• Ability to drive change across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to elicit requirements for business processes and systems.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Support testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Document detailed requirements and translate into testable technical outcomes.
• Create and maintain design documents, data mappings, and interface specs.
• Collaborate with SMEs, developers, testers, and vendors to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Identify risks related to data quality, dependencies, or testing impacts and propose mitigations.
