• Stakeholder Engagement: Gather, analyse, and confirm business requirements for data, model, process, and system changes.
• Solution Definition: Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories, ensuring technology outcomes are fit for purpose, testable, and aligned to the program’s target architecture.
• Delivery Coordination: Support testing, implementation, and change management activities to ensure new solutions are deployed effectively and meet regulatory and business needs.
• Requirements Definition: Document detailed business requirements and translate them into testable technical outcomes; review existing analytical or data transformation code.
• Analysis and Design: Convert requirements into stories, acceptance criteria, and system designs; map and transform data.
• Dependency Mapping: Document system dependencies, information flows, and constraints; maintain traceability.
• Testing Oversight: Develop test plans and cases; participate in UAT/SIT; promote test automation where possible.
• Change Implementation: Prepare teams for process and system changes and drive adoption.
• Operational Readiness: Ensure features are ready for business use and post-implementation support.
• Issue Resolution: Analyze logs and data to identify root causes and document learnings.
• Collaboration Tools: Use JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams for documentation and progress updates.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with SMEs, developers, testers, and vendors to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate data quality, system, and testing risks.
