UGL Limited is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our Major Projects team in Sydney, NSW. You will coordinate bid submissions, maintain a centralized bid repository, and support the project delivery team with documentation and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in bid coordination within engineering or construction, strong SAP and Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years’ experience in Bid Coordinator or similar role.
• Engineering or construction management environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of bid documents, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
• Establish and maintain a centralized bid repository with version control.
• Provide administrative support to project delivery teams and ensure documentation adheres to contractual obligations.
• Support project schedules by tracking milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Compile reports and dashboards to track performance, contract compliance, and progress.
• Maintain organized bid/project documentation with security and confidentiality.
• Oversee data exchange between parties using project management platforms or data rooms.
• Manage submission, review, and approval workflows for budgets, schedules, and technical reports.
• Assist procurement during bid phase by organizing bid packages and tracking responses.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and resource allocation during delivery.
