Job summary

Conquest Personnel Pty Ltd is recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to grow long-term service and maintenance revenue across industrial products in NSW. The role is predominantly field-based (70% new business, 30% account growth) with an option to base in Wetherill Park or Newcastle and regular office touchpoints.

You will identify new service opportunities, roll out service contracts, build key accounts and drive customer satisfaction, with travel across the territory as

• Hunter mentality with proven business development experience.
• Solution selling capability to build a commercial case.
• Autonomous, field-based self-starter who collaborates with office teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new service and maintenance opportunities across the NSW territory.
• Roll out service and spares programs and convert customers to long-term contracts.
• Build and manage key accounts and expand service work with local service managers.
• Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Report regularly to management and internal teams.
