Universal Business Team is seeking a Business Development Executive/Researcher to identify future opportunities in warehouse and workspace solutions. You will research target companies, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and create a strong pipeline for the commercial team.

This office-based role in Northampton offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a salary range £28,000–£40,000 DOE plus a performance bonus (OTE £10k uncapped) and 22 days holidays plus birthday leave.

Formación

• Research and identify target companies that fit the profile.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across target organisations.
• Generate qualified opportunities and meetings for the sales team.

Responsabilidades

• Research and qualify prospective customers across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Use CRM platforms, LinkedIn and prospecting tools to identify key contacts and opportunities.
• Conduct outbound phone, email and LinkedIn outreach to directors and senior decision-makers.
• Generate MQLs and support progression of opportunities through the funnel.
• Build detailed account profiles including ownership structures and growth plans.
