Job summary

365 Mechanix Pty is seeking a Business Development / Marketing Specialist to drive pipeline in a Microsoft tech environment. You will coordinate with Microsoft account teams, follow up campaigns, and turn conversations into booked meetings for our consultants and sales leads.

You will own inbound and outbound activities, maintain CRM accuracy, and collaborate with the external agency for campaigns, case studies, and events. A strong focus on process and results is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in sales, business development, marketing or partner roles with proven pipeline generation.
• Experience in B2B IT or SaaS settings and understanding of sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft co-sell and partner engagement; progress opportunities in Partner Centre.
• Follow up inbound leads quickly; qualify and route to the right person; keep CRM accurate.
• Generate pipeline through outbound calls and targeted lists.
